THE PUBLICATION

Editorial method

A useful account note says what is known and leaves the unknowns visible. Our editorial method follows the same rule.

Public evidence, narrow claims

We check official public Brigit sources for the specific statements cited in an article. A public help page does not establish the state of a private account. Promotional wording, a button label and a current account message may serve different purposes; we do not combine them into a guarantee.

Methods are not provider instructions

Our records, question structures and stopping rules are original editorial analysis. They help a reader describe an issue. They do not authorize a payment change, decide a dispute, diagnose an integration or interpret legal rights. Provider controls and account-specific instructions belong in official channels.

Example discipline

Every worked case is hypothetical, not a report of an actual Brigit customer, author experience or tested resolution. No account credentials, private statements or confidential correspondence were collected for the articles. We do not invent named experts or testimonials.

Dates and conflicting material

A source-check date describes the review of public information, not a promise of future accuracy. If public pages appear to conflict, we do not quietly choose the more convenient answer for an individual account. We narrow the claim, identify uncertainty or direct the reader to ask the provider.

Corrections and scope

Send a focused editorial correction to tomi1@gmail.com. Do not include sensitive account evidence. The editorial disclaimer explains the decision boundaries; the product-label article shows why those boundaries matter in practice.
